Air Conditioner Problems

My air conditioner on my 1999 bravada is not blowing cold air. We serviced the air conditioner yesterday. It seems that there is something blocking the cold air from entering threw the vents. I was told maybe the air doors maybe stuck or selector switch is not is not operating correctly. Where are these located and does anyone have any other ideas of what can be happening?

Just to clarify, is the blower motor working?

Is it blowing out the windshield defrost vents?
