Finding options on a used 540 by vin

I would greatly appreciate if anyone can tell me if there is a way on the web to look up the options on a BMW by the VIN,

I know the dealer can do it, however I am looking to make an offer on a car, and it is very far away.

For instance 540, manual- 6sp.
Does this have DSP, dealer said yes, but I am aprehensive
Xenon lights?
If it has heated seats, does it have the heated steering wheel?

etc...
Any help would be very helpful.
