oil pump

I don't know much about cadillac's motor, don't think its much different than any other motor. i need to know where the oil pump is located in front or back of motor. and if it can be swaped with the motor tilted to the left or right. The motor has no oil pressure. i think they said it was a 1987.:disappoin
