how to build my sr20 motor

I want to start upgrading my engine internals and I am not to sure where to start and don't know a good brand to go with. Does anyone have any input to help me get started?

Plenty of info on turbocharging or engine swaps, the SR20VE is the current flavour of the month/year/century ;)
