brake issues

i have a buick century, and while driving and engine gets to operating temp, my SES, ABS, TRAC lights all come on and have problems with brake pedal going to the floor, hooked up my scan tool (snapon) and car has no codes

With those fault lights on there has to be stored ABS DTCs. What model Snap On scan tool is this? Does it have the capability to retrieve and translate GM specific vehicle chassis/body/ABS codes or do you have the upgrades installed?

it is a 1998 and I have the MT 2500 scanner and no it cannot translate vehicle specific, somone told me that it is the vehicle harness, there is a diode in there and when it warms up it thorws all does lights, any insight

The MT2500 is a good scan tool as long as it has the upgrades. I am not aware of any diodes in the wiring harnesses from the wheel sensors to the EBTCM module. I see nothing in the factory service manuals. Without the GM vehicle specific ABS system DTCs we would just be guessing.
