05 grand prix

pops the 5 amp interior light fuse...lasts bout a week then no interior lights n fuse is blown...any idears????

The interior courtesy lights are controlled by the body control module (BCM). Sounds like there is a short or high current in the circuit associated with the BCM, wiring, or possibly one of the lamp sockets. Have you done any troubleshooting other than replacing the fuse?

no sir jus replaced fuse...we thought maybe was water cauising it ,,,(had a leak by front antena but that was fixed) thats bout when this began to happin...(after the repair)...these cars are complicted now daze..any idears be preciated thanks paps
