94 regal issues

First the car surges at highway speeds , feels like a slight miss going up hills.
Second the air bag light comes on and goes off wile driving.

How do you check the codes on this year of car?

I have the same problem. I do not know how to retrieve the codes for a dying problem. I think it is IAC motor or oxygen sensor, but not sure. The Diag connector is not the same as other OBD 1 connectors; the wires are not in the same place.
