2002 Trooper noise

I hae a 2002 trooper and it just began making a weird noise when we accelerate. It almost sounds like a plane when it is taking off from the runaway. Does anyone have any idea what that may be?

Fan clutch?

Does it do it all the time or does it go away after a couple of minutes?

With the engine off try turning the cooling fan if it is really hard to move than it is essentially broken.

That description is kinda vague. Could be anything from a hole in the muffler to the engine self-destructing. More details would help.
