Hi,
I am thinking about getting remote keyless entry in my 2000 cavalier, but do not know if it is compatible, as I am definitely no car expert. :frown: I am hoping someone can help me, as I saw a sale on keyless entry and installation kits at my local Best Buy. Can someone help me please? Is a 2000 Chevy Cavalier able to get remote keyless entry installed for a very low price? Thanks!

You get what you pay for. :)
IMO.... best buy is a bunch of high school BOCES attending kids just starting to get into the scene. I've seen / heard a lot of shady stories come out of their installation center.
If i were you, look into a strickly aftermarket/ Sound and Auto shop close to you, but your probably going to end up paying more. But they at least know what they are doing more often than not. My 2-way reciver and remote start ran me bout $400 installed.
