94 camero wont start security light on.

:confused: 94 camero wont start secuity light comes on its dead radio works. This started not long after i went thru a flooded tunnel. I drove the car about 20 miles bofore i turn it off. When I tried to start it again just the secuirty light comes on blinking . It does not try to turn over no sound. Its been 3 days.

When mine did this, I bypassed the VATS system. Some site sells bypass cables for f-body VATS systems. Google VATS bypass and get the cable, problem solved. You'll have to get the resistance value of the chip in your key, value 1-15. Just go to a dealership and ask them to test your key for the correct value before you order the bypass cable though.
