94 transport turn signal,dimmer switch ,cruise switch

The pivot actuator in the upper shift bowl is broken.It is just a mechanical pivot thay operates ts,ds and cruise.Tryed ti find one today cany find one.It took a 93 transport apart and a 95 buick and they are different.I called dealer said you have to buy upper ass. $223.00. all I need is the pivot.Does any one know where to find this?
