A series of unfortunate events

I am wondering what the hell is going on with my car. When I was perusing the car I noticed that the trunk button did not work. Without ever having any experience in what this button is supposed to look like or operate like when it is working I have no idea if its "up position" is natural or not.
Soon after I bought it I had a couple of times where it would not start. The starter would turn as if everything was working as it should. One second later (if that) it would cut out but the car would start on the next attempt. Only once did this not happen and the car started on the third or fourth attempt.
Shortly after this my driver side rear window stopped working period though I expect this may be the motor itself.
Next my room mate and I started installing my speaker box and everything is hooked up except for what we need to hook up to the radio. After that the three windows I have left would not roll up and down with out my manually using the console buttons to do so. A week or so after I noticed that my driver front window now operated normally meaning that the auto up and down work as usual. I am not when the rear passenger window started working like it should as well but noticed that it was doing so about 3 weeks after the driver window.
I had to have my car unlocked for me as I started it and closed the door to finish my cigarette since I do not smoke in the car. After burning my lungs I found out that I was locked out. This has happened to a friend of mine with his cadillac but I am not sure if I locked my self out with the laser key button or if the car decided to make my day start out bad. Either way it was left running for about half an hour to fourty five minutes.
It has stalled twice on me while sitting at a red light and I have noticed that it would start running rough and then just quit. It would start right up afterwards and run just fine. Both stalls were on the same day a week apart. As far as I know the plugs and wires are still good and all fluid levels are at nominal level and except for possibly dirty fuel injectors I have no idea what would cause this except for something caused by the extended parked running time.
Today I went out started my car and went to roll down my three windows and my finger slipped on the passenger front enough for me to find out that I have all three working windows working like they used to. The drivers side rear window still does not operate.
Sadly after eating at McDonald's I found out that my car would not start. The starter would turn as it should and I did not notice a lack of power but did notice that the radio had no volume until I jected (you are not obliged to laugh at my joke by the way) the cassette adapter I use for my Mp3 and then eject it. The first time the volume stayed on for about two minutes then I had to repeat the process and the volume lasted until I turned the car off. I had walked over to Pep Boy's and bought a OBD type II but it would read No Link. It was trying to get some codes on the machine that I noticed the radio problem. Walking home and cooling off after a couple of hours I went to return the OBD and just for the hell of it I went back over to my car and tried to start it and it started up as if nothing had happened.
I was told at first that it was a ground short but that has progressed to a possible computer problem. The more information the better so please respond to this plea for help unlike my stereo thread.
