Just pulled my battery tray off and wanted to check the actuator. I took the vaccuum line off pressed in the actuator and it held (no leaks) so I assume its still good? MY real question is, does any one know how much travel that cable should have, how far should I be able to manually pull it to know that its not sticking, etc? I really want to get my 4wd working for sound of mind but its just being pesky....

Well it started to rain here so I buttoned everything back up, at the Actuator i had about a 1/4 of travel outward on the cable and when I pulled on it i got a click when I was at the end of the travel. I suppose I could have checked to see if the Right tire was engaged but no jack it has ran off somewhere, anywho, any advice will be greatly taken.

Yes you need to check for front axle engagement.
