94 Talon missing once warm

I have a 94 talon awd turbo, that when first started runs and idles fine, once I get to full temp, it feels like a cylinder cuts out and I have no power and most of time check engine comes on aswell.

It's flashing code 41, still doing it after warmed up only

Have you done maintanence on the car lately?? Oil, plugs, wires, etc?

Might have found it, injector on cyclinder far right side reads no resistence, and other 3 show around 3 oms.
