Maybe someone can help me figure out whats what.I want to know how to read this.They say the first 10 are most important. Please tell me what each one is.

You can find that yourself.

First 10 is where made and type of truck and brake system sise and engine and year.

The last no's in VIN is needed to tell the hole story on everything.

The dealer can decode the hole VIN thing and tell you for sure what you have.

In the interest of helping other members, I have restored the post above that was deleted. It contains info on deciphering VIN codes for medium duty trucks. See post #2 above.
In the future, please don't delete your posts if you either have info that can benefit other members, or you end up solving the problem. This site is a "warehouse" of info to help our members not only in the present, but also in the future.
