i have more then 0 but how come i cant change it?

You should be able to add avatar, then put a web address in, or upload from your PC as long as the pic isn't too big.

find a picture that you like,if you haven't go one,here's a good place to start.

Note: the maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 20480 bytes (whichever is smaller).

either save it on your hard drive,and use the 'browse' button on the avatar page to hook it up or just copy/paste the URL into the box provided.
