Ok so I changed my pcm(ECM) and its not throwing the random misfire codes anymore. But heres the 2 codes that its showing. P1361 IC Module Circuit Low Voltage and P1362 Ignition Bypass Circuit Low Voltage. Does anyone know whats causing this or how to solve this problem?

That doesn't sound good. :grinno:
Did you have those DTCs with the previous PCM module? You might double check the two 80 pin connectors at the PCM module, remove and then reseat the electrical connectors. Ignition control circuit bypass and IC mode issues are not too fun to troubleshoot/diagnose or resolve. Do a search of the forum for P1361 and P1362. Here is one reply on P1361 to give you an idea.
