finished this new Revell kit. I would say it is the best new kit from a domestic manufacturer - everything fit perfectly and the kit had little to no flash, mold lines or pin marks and there are some new innovative enfineering features that I hope Revell will include in other kits as well. Very promising kit!

Very nice! I have to agree with you. Revell really came through on this kit. Everything looks "right" enough to build a very convincing model, and the precision of the molds is much improved. I barely needed to do any work to the body before painting when I started mine.

Chassis and under hood detail are excellent.

That is nice! Clean too!
I'll bet we see a lot of these on contest tables. It lends itself to all kinds of great builds.

GReat looking build. You sure got this one together quickly. I was about to go comment in your wip thread nad there you are all completed. I gotta find this kit for myself. its always sold up out here, lots of the charger and mustang ones, but never the Nova. SO what are the new engineering features that you speak of?

OH ya great job by the way. awesome work on one of my all time favorite muscle cars

My first car was a '72 Nova, straight 6 two speed powerslide transmission. I dogged the daylights out of that thing! The back end was so rusted out that the trunk would fill with snow from my spinning the tires so much on the slick backroads. Middle of the night, middle of nowhere, and suddenly my lights would go out. I'd have to stop, shovel out the trunk, clean out the taillight housing, replace the fuse and hope I cleaned it enough; all this in pitch darkness!

I built the AMT Nova a long time ago, actually still have the model. But now with this one, gonna have to go at it again, all the parts are out there to build it right and this model looks like the perfect starting point.

Your build looks great, keep up the good work!
