Cold Start Problem

Hello Guys,
My 02 SS with A 3.8 Starts Fine. After A Minute Or So The Rpm's Drop To About 600 And The Cel Comes On With Codes For Both O2 Sensors. After Another Minute It Levels Out And Runs Great All Day. I've Changed Both Sensors And Cleaned The Maf Sensor To No Avail. Any Help Or Comments Will Be Greatly Appreciated. Thanks In Advance.
