2002 Oldsmobile Aurora Rear Door Panel Removal - HELP

Hello!
It's been a while since I've visited this site, but thanks to Automotive Forums, I was able to change the blower motor in my old '99 Cavalier Convertible a few years ago together with my Dad, rather than taking it to a mechanic. Anyways, today I am writing about my boyfriend's car - a 2002 Olds Aurora. His rear drivers side WINDOW REGULATOR is busted, and I was able to find that on eBay for $45, but he said his REAR DOOR PANEL is hard to get off, and even requires a special tool. He was quoted a price over $600 for a mechanic to replace his regulator, and I was hoping we could find a step-by-step guide online of how to remove the rear door panel. Can anyone help? Any direction/advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

there are 2 large plastic clips holding the panel to the door. grab the handle to close the door, and pull straight out. It requires some force, and be sure the outer edge tabs are loosened first.
