How to relace rear A/C Switch

I have a 99 astro and the rear a/c switch is not working at all. I want to put a new one in but need some help getting the old one out. I was wondering if anyone here knows if this is a plug-in switch or if it is held in by screws or anything else? I don't want to break any clips or anything else in the dashboard trying to remove it. I am not that mechanically talented so any help would be appreciated.
