2004 Axiom XS Reliability and Value

I am looking to purchase a 2004 Axiom XS with 19,648 miles on it for $11,500, is that a good deal?? for those who have this vehicle, is it reliable and is it of good value?? any major problems or concerns?? Thank you :smile: :smile: :smile:
