fuel pump relay should be on the left side of the firewall under the hood, close to the brake booster.

Yep, check that relay. If the car has only 20k miles then I would immediately suspect the relay. When relays don't get used they don't like to work when asked to. While you're at it, replace ALL 3 of the relays there, MAF power, MAF burn off and fuel pump.

I messed with relays hit the key pump kikd on started it then it died, Then i played with it finally went and got all three relays nothing at all tried for two hours. Did hear sound when key was hit at first i believe comin from alternator like something priming then went off. Also have noticed when keys on alternator has a real faint hummmmmm. Im guessn tomorrow after sittn all night ill get power briefly like tonight. I checked every fuse played with every plug i could find ground wire to body have no idea now. Give me some ideas please DAVE

The alternator shouldn't be making noise, especially with the engine off and key on. Does the car turn over ok?.
Find the ECM (up under the passenger side dash), drop it down, disconnect the battery neg cable, then disconnect the ECM and reconnect it, hook up the battery and try again.
If that didn't work, check for power going to the relay (on the light gauge wire). Then check the solenoid ground (the light gauge ground wire) from the ground wire to a good engine ground. With the meter hooked up, get someone to turn the key on and watch for continuity to register on the meter.
The ECM controls grounds to turn things on and off. If you don't get continuity and you are sure you are on the correct wire, it may be time for an ECM.

Still nothing put new ecm n no luck new relays no luck if i put a hot feed to sending unit plug pump kiks on.The wire i hit that made it kik on was tan with white stripe no power anywhere on it except right outta alternator this wire seems to do a complete loop runnin in and outa relays. Ive checked everything every ground fuses etc. Any other ideas i dont even kno where to take it this car is absolutely mint if a beltbuckle gets the fender i may shoot the guy...DAVE

No, the other relays won't affect the pump. Just as a precaution, if one went bad the others generally aren't far behind.
One other thing to check. There is a fuse right next to the battery mounted in a holder and screwed to the fender. Check that fuse.
