As Brian mentioned, Detail Master makes a nice set.
Most photo-etch detail sets also come with hood clamps included, and you can also buy Sakatsu hoodclamps from some online hobby stores.
I think as far as value for money, DetailMaster is the best, you get 5 sets of hoodclamps for around $9

Welcome to AF.
You can make your own hood pins and if you are carefull enough you can actually make them work. Guitar string or very thin beading wire with chrome foil will work fine.
