Wheel Covers?

I was wondering if anybody knows were you can get this part cheap

I went to the dealership and they wanted $56 for one. I went on gmpartsdirect.com but didn't find anything and I really don't know the proper name for it. I had to break it along with the wheel cover lock awhile ago when I did my back shoes because it the lock was seized. plus the want $38 dollars for the wheel cover locks. So It's gonna cost me $100 dollars to put back on one wheel cover. :crying: I just don't want to pay that much period...
