2006 dakota

My 06 dakota (club cab 4x4 3.7 26,200mil)Has a bad shake at or around 55 to 68.Dealer wants me to replace tires but I dont have the 475.00 for them.The tires are 1/2 tread and should not have a shake in them thay have ballanced them 3 times.
Anyone ealse have this problem?And if so what is the fix?:smile:

Had the same shake! Tire place told me the same thing! I didn't believe them since I figured they were just trying to sell some tires. I told them to just put the fronts on the back to see if that changed things. Sure enough the car drives as smooth as it ever has. So it turned out they were right. The belts in the front tires had sepreated and was causing a shake at high speed.
