92 Buick Regal Electrical Problems

I have a 92 Buick Regal Custom 3.8. It has random electrical problems, and it seems like something goes out every so often. I don't know what causes it, but so many electrical things just stopped working, I'm worried that something more major will go out. So far, these things have stopped working.
-Auto door locks
-Interior light
-Cigarette Lighter
-Rear defrost
-Cruise control
-The "max" button for the heater/AC
-Windshield wipers don't work unless I put it on "high" first. (sometimes)

These things just stopped working randomly, but I think it might be related. I talked to a mechanic, and they seemed to think it would be a huge job.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Is it difficult to fix? I was thinking about just taking things apart and searching for problems, but wanted to make sure I wouldn't be wasting my time.

Thanks!

Did these all stop at the same time, is there power to the fuses involved in the circuits.

No, none of these happened at the same time. Actually, just today, my right turn signal started acting up as well. My left signal works fine, but when I turn my right signal on, it doesn't blink...it just stays solid. It is solid on the outside of the car and on the inside. Just out of the blue. I don't get it.
