Cylinder 4 misfire Code P0304

2003 Monte Carlo, was running fine and then engine vibration. Pulled the P0304 code. Pulled the Cyl 4 plug and checked with an inline tester and get good spark indication. Any suggestions?:banghead:

If the wire is good and the plug you could try a compression check. No compression from a burnt valve or something would also make the code show up.
