:evillol: I have an 04 silverado with a v6. I have a K&N mass air intake, throttle body spacer, and a Hypertech programmer along with a dual outlet exhaust. My truck sounds great and has great top speed, but its reaction time is a bit sluggish. Have any suggestions on shift points for my programmer, and some more add ons or replacement parts that wont break my wallet?:evillol:

Big truck and little engine you are not going too get much performance out of it.
Remove the K&N and go to oem air filter and clean MAF sensor.
Remove the hypertech tune and put it back to stock.
Now see if it runs like it used to oem.
If not.
Then run some test on engine running.
Good luck

I didn't mean sluggish like performance problems, my truck's performance is great. What I meant, was reaction to acceleration. It seams like my transmission doesnt down shift at the right time. I have a standard cab short bed, so my truck isnt big by any means. Not trying to leave anyone in the dust on the track, just want to keep up with some of the big boys on the road.

For testing
Remove the hypertech tunning and put it back to factory and try it.
Let us know if it is better or just the same.
Hyper tech tunning affects a lot of stuff.
In the transmission tunning part set it to factory transmission shift.
And K&N filters are hard on mass MAF sensors.
Clean the MAF sensor and see if that helps.
Also the 180 hypertech stat will mess up a lot of stuff.
Good Luck
