2003 Jetta 2.0 poss. no overdrive

Hey I just purchased an 03 Jetta 2.0 with an auto trans for my wife awhile back. I took it out on the highway and i notice that when I'm cruising at 75mph the Tach reads at about 3200rpm. I just wanted to now if this was normal or if I had a no overdrive issue. Any info would be great thanks.
