Need More Air... 92' De'Ville

I own a 92' Sedan De'Ville and I am interested in creating a Cowl Hood (Similar to hotrod standards) for added Cold Air Induction. I am willing to build the hood cowl itself but need help figuring out how I can seal it to Intake manifold. Any hints you know of please let me know. I am looking for a bolt on application I can modify to work. Thanks.
