1998 brovada AV wont work

this 1998 brovada AC dosent work and the it is fully charged it blows out hot air when u hav it selected for AC. ne suggestions?

Auto matic or manual AC contriols?
Is compresser running?
Is the heater blend and vents doors switching /
Does tempt setting go from cool/warm to hot or just stay hot.
What is vent tempt?
What is the low and high side pressure gauge reading at idle and at 2K RPM with compresser running?
Does the low side line feel cold to touch?

What is the low and high side pressure gauge reading at idle and at 2K RPM with compresser running? high- Cold at 45psi and low- Warm dont hav the right gauge to test it
Does the low side line feel cold to touch? No, Hot

Vent tempt is the temp of air coming out of vents.
If it is hot like heater hot the blend/tempt door is not opening.
If stays hot on low and high temp settings
Has it got good engine vacuum to heater controls.
Low side pressure needs to be down around 30 lbs to get cold out of ac
But we need low and high side readings at idle and at 2K rpm with compressure running before we can help.

45 low side reading is to much R-134 or compresser not working good or expansion tube not working.
Has any thing been done to it/
like adding r-134?

You need one of these to check charge and compresser and orfice tube operation.
