ECU re-flashing (rpm limiter disabling)

I am looking for someone who can refalsh a 98 24v duratech. I race the car on a 3/8 mile tack and run the car in 2nd gear, I need a little more rmp on the top with out hitting the rev limiter. I AM NOT worried about any damage that this may or may not cause. Iam looking for any Ideas on how to disable, change or just remove the rpm limiter. thanks
