Storing an F1.

We recently had a wee discussion regarding the L'Ueno Clinic car and speculation that it was retained by McLaren and that it wasn't on display at Paragon due to 'storage and degredation concerns".
What would be the ideal way to store such a virtuous automobile?
P.S. Erik, where are all the scans I've mailed you? ;)

It seems #28R is stored dry, and I'd imagine #01R and #20R are dry too; XP5 is used more than these 2 GTR's so I imagine that's ready to go at any notice. #28R is also on 'trolleys' under its wheels to stop and degradation to the tyres, so I'd imagine that would be the same, or at least on jacks, for other F1's. I know of one that is used frequently so I believe that has no storage issues of note. I suppose it depends on how 'anal' you want / need to be and how much you use the car
Ideally there should be no storage issues as they should be used on a fairly regular basis :)

On the subject of storing an F1,
Has anyone got any pics of the F1 road cars, battery charger.
Many thanks in advance.

All I have is #068 being charged, you can just see the wire for the battery charger in the bottom right hand side of the pic

Thanks for the pics guys,
I was looking for something like this..... but with more clarity.

Am I right in assuming, that the road car has a trickle charger/conditioner as well as a normal battery charger?

Maybe our Mr Bridger can tell us how he stores his 16R over the winter months.
When I had classic cars and racers I used to store them with all fluids in place and ran them for about an hour each month.
