1997 Acura CL 3.0 Keyless entry question

This might be a lame question but talking to Acura its gonna cost over $100 to replace and program new remote......my proble, I have the remote and am missing the battery and battery cover. Is there anyone who might have an extrs or knows of a place that will just sell what I need (i.e. the cover and not whole unit.) Will pay and pay to ship if someone has this for cheap. Please dont flame me if this is a stupid noob question but I figured Id ask............thanks to all for reading:loser:
