I just wanted to warn everyone to not take their vehicles for servicing to the Carter GM on Lougheed Highway in Burnaby (near Brentwood Mall).
During my service I went across the street to kill some time. As I was leaving, I saw my ride zooming by with the music blaring!! I was there for an oil change! When I confronted them about it they completely denied it and said it never even left the lot and I must have confused my ride with someone else. Give me a break!!
Horrible experience with these guys - so beware.

You are not alone on this. Here is my experience which I would like to share with you.
To: The Owner of M'lady Auto Dealership
Cc: Nissan Corporation
My wife and I went to your dealership this morning to get a refund on the extended warranty for our 2003 Nissan Pathfinder LE. We contacted your Finance Manager Bryan Murphy about it and we were shocked to learn from him that there was no refund due to us. This was not the case when we bought the vehicle and extended warranty at your dealership five years ago (August 11, 2003). John Bachar, the Finance Manager then, told us that the $1500 we were going to pay for the warranty would be refunded to us after we fully paid the loan on the vehicle. Clearly, your dealership fraudulently sold us the extended warranty and we are very disappointed about it. Never again will we do business with your dealership and Nissan. Being the owner, please do something about this.
