98 Mystique Blower issue

Hello,
I recently purchased a 98 msytique, and started having problems with the heater a/c blower motor. I had to 'tap' the dashboard to get it working, before I had to start pounding on it for the motor to kick in. Now, it seems to only work only on the lowest setting (low vs. high). Fuses are good, resistor is good, any advice?

You can purchase a good used blower motor from a scrap yard. Most parts stores sell new motors. Check and make sure have power to the motor before replacing.

Thanks for the tip. Turns out to be a bad blower, 'turned out.' Thank goodness for the scrap yard...
