93 rodeo ecm help. wont start

I have a 93 rodeo, 3.2, the fuel pump is good. 65lbs. It will run while spraying gas intot he intake, but not on its own. I replaced the ECM aand the same thing.
Can anyone give me the info needed to self diagonse the ECM, Where and which wires do i gotta jump to get the codes? Theres 4 empty plugs near the ecm.

Sounds like more of a fuel distribution issue, like it's good off the pump, but not to the intake. Fuel injection or is yours carburated? If you say gas is spraying from the pump, have you verified it all the way to the intake area?
