Generally you have to unbolt the motor mounts watch closely and jack up until you can set a 4x4 under each motor mount. Watch you don't break anything. You might have to go to 6 inchs check before going higher,

It's a major job removing the pan. To do repair on the hole, apply the epoxy normally used to repair gas tanks and/or radiators. If done properly, the fix is permanent. NOTE: This epoxy is in a form of a malleable tube. Cut a piece off and knurl it with your fingers (make sure your hands are clean). Prepare the area by sanding and cleaned dry. You may have to drain your oil. Let it set overnight and you'll be ready to go in the morning.

OK so here's what I've done. I took all the oil out, let the pan kool and took a smal grinder and removed all the paint on the area that was damaged. Then I took and mixed up some fibreglass resin and some chopped glass and coated the area, then put a patch of glass cloth in the same area and worked out all the bubbles. Let it get tacky and recoated it a second time with resin and chopped cloth. So far the pan hasn't leaked or the glass has not shown signs of comming off. :grinyes:
