2004 Venture Electrical Bell Ringing

On the 2004 Venture the bell that rings on the passenger side up under the dashboard right behind the fuse box (one fuse box of others elsewhere) it keeps ringing even when the key is taken out of the ignition. When the key is in the ignition, and engine running it still rings, even when all doors are closed. There is a small panel where the passengers feet would be that when taken out there are 3 or so electrical plugs which can be reached. The one closest to the front which color is white, when I unplug it the bell stops. This also makes the windows stop working, radio, and doorlocks. Any comments to solve this would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'm respondind with somewhat of an answer to the ignition bell that rings when the key is left in the ignition. After locating the sound on the passenger side up under the dashboard, there is a black box that is called the BCM. This is the Body Control Module. (I wish that when people post here they would define these "terms" like I just did for "dummies" like myself, but thats another topic for elsewhere). The box kind of slides out on a track, or clips, and you can uplug the connectors to the box, then open it up to see inside that there is a printed circuit board, with a small plug that has two wires, which you can see leads to the "bell" or "sound". Unplugedd this connection inside the box, and put it back in place. Now the ringing quit, and windows, window locks, remote key entry, some courtesy lights, and other functions this BCM (Body Control Module) was designed for are working once again. I originally was going to replace it, and after calling local parts stores, there seemed to be plenty of them sold when inquiring, and was told by Rock Auto on the internet that I would have to wait until they receved some "cores", or the old ones to re-build, and would be a couple weeks to ship me one at I believe around $100. I was also going to get in touch with Ford about a recall, or maybe a correction for this, but since it seems to function properly, with the exception of the "dinging" , or "bell' noise, it will suffice for now, and I was doing this for a friend of a friend. I hope others will benefit from this reply to the post, with somewhat of a "fix" than what I first had done by just reaching up under the dash, and unplugging the large white plug connection to the BCM (Body Control Module) which stopped the "dinging", but disabled the windows, locks, and other functions I described above.
