hey all. can anyone tell me if the 4th gear clutch hub be removed from this tranny from the valve body side? i think mine is stripped at the splined end as i have no more 4th gear and have allready changed the pressure control solenoid and the tcc switch and the fluid was clean before replacement? and how tough is the job? i am mechanically inclined so ill be doing it myself. any help is appreciated in advance:evillol:

So you would be planning to remove the valve body assembly to get at it then correct? I have a manual but its not here--I'll look it up tonight and post again tomorrow what I find on the location and how to change it.
Taking the valve body off scares hell outta me, but then if the tranny isn't working what's to loose I guess :uhoh:
