No fuel at rail

Hey guys have a 95 tc and recently the car cranks but wont start at all. I checked the fuel rail and im not getting any fuel. I tried beating on the gas tank to see if it was fuel pump but never got it to crank over. Is it the fuel pump or any other suggestions to check and see whats up?

1) Push the fuel pump reset button on the left side of Trk lid.
2) Check the fuel pump relay and fuse in engine compartment.
