Hyper-pak

I am trying to make my own hyper-pak for my 1978 plymouth volare(super six/ 225 slant) And I need to know what is a long runner manifold? Is it a bigger intake manifold? I was looking for intake manifolds and found: Intake Manifold - Chrysler 318-360. From Advanceautoparts.com. If not, then where can I find one at?

I got that my stock engine ran 110 HP @ 3200 RPMs. But Can I increase that? And About the manifold?

I found out what a long runner is. Now, can anyone help me as to where I may be able to find a four-barrel one? And Would a 230 CFM four barrel Carburetor with manual choke or electric choke work?
