After all that jibbering about güügle and göögle I need to get square with you guys and show you that I have - yes I have - finished my 250 TR as well.
I know there have been a lot of them lately, but this kit is just georgeous. Everything falls into its places. I´ve seen a couple of nice kits but this one raises the bar fitment as far as I´m concerned.
The tricky part of the panel joint line has been covered before. But if you need some advice how to set the body onto the chassis without cracking your putty-job follow the guidelines Klutz has provided. His guide works well - I furthermore found it useful to knock the bulk behind the seats loose, because it gives your more flexibility in working the body. In the end I needed to cheat with some Ferrari-badges because I got my panel lines being visible before final assembly - once again.
Okay, since my 250 TR is curbside (:runaround: :runaround: ), I added some stuff which means that mine is not truely OOB. Let´s see what we have here:
- painted TS-26 pure white with TS-10 French blue stripes (I kind of like this Argentinian look)
- Hasegawa PE Wheel-Set (it´s a must have)
- e-Jan Ferrari emblem stickers
- Mr. Gunze UV Cut gloss for clear coat
- MFH leather adhesive cover for seats
- new front grill (see my WIP for that one)
- some BMF-foil on different parts
- changed the mesh on the hood
I really like the outcome of this build. The stripes could be a little sharper and I really regret not finding a spare italian or french license plate that I could use. Enough talking some pictures (sorry, no sun - but summer has gone, already):

Thanks for watching and I can really recommend this kit to everybody who is looking for a decent replica of an historic Ferrari.

I think A/F is morphing from the "Skyline forum" to the "Ferrari forum"

It is nice to see another one of these. That color scheme is fantastic. And your seat leather came out looking quite nice.
And though I'll be posting a couple of Skylines today, I also applaud the appearance of so many of these awesome Ferraris (I have two that will be coming soon enough).
