Electronic Load Detector help...

I need to know what it looks like, pics would b helpful :) i'm throwin a Code 20 and need to know how to fix it exactly. i know its on the inner fender but dunno what little box or w/e it is so i need a pic cuz i know i'll take off the wrong thing lol, someone suggested cleaning the surface where it touches the inner fender so i'll try that first but want other ideas too, also what would cause this?? thanx for all the help

well, i cleaned the surface for the ELD to make sure its grounding right. but that didnt solve my problem. still getting a code 20.
