Has anyone received a letter about a class action lawsuit against gm for the gauge problem?

I have, but I got that recall taken care of last March I think, when the recall came online. They just replaced the whole gauge cluster and I was on my way.
Did I miss something in that letter? I didn't read much of it on account of me already having the issue taken care of.

No unless you paid for it out of pocket. The thing that got me hot again was they only add 10,000 miles to the orignal recall to 80,000 miles!I THINK ITS A LAW GROUP TRYING TO MAKE SOME EASY MONEY!

i have a better idea.
let's strike a LAW. and the law will say:
every designer team, after they design a car, and it is fabricated to their design, will have to do all the maintenance on that vehicle by themselves, and, aslo, do all the most common repairs, using only commonly available tools and with no lifts.
you think they will start designing better cars?

what's happening now is after all these design flaws,, and the poor method of GM to handle them in a way that satisfies the vehicle owners ,,,,,,
GM is falling fast.....poor customer satisfaction,, poor sales...

there was a suggestion once made in a book by some classic writer. he said:
if there's a dispute between 2 countries, their GOVERNMENTS should fight each other, with sticks, somewhere in the field, while being watched by the populations. whichever government wins, that means that war is over and the lost government country surrenders.
you think how many wars will we have? maybe between some tribes that used to vent stupid blood out this way.....
so, following the concept - you designed a car - your CEOs and designers do all the work on it themselves. betcha big bucks all the sensors, spark plugs and filters will be in the right places all at a sudden.
even better - lets vote for "every repair within the warranty period must be done by execs and designers of the company that made the car". now THAT will straighten the crap out of them for sure.
