99 Durango Fog Lights

My sister is having a problem with her fog lights they won't turn on, I replaced the bulbs and the harness looks clean no corrosion. Just checking to see if there is any common problem with these fog lights before I start testing. Anyone have any suggestions?

if the fuse is good replace the headlite switch
