SB chevy HP loss

Would someone be so kind as to post what the SB 350 engine uses in HP on these items.
I dont expect exact #'s but close.
How much Hp does it take to run each of these individually:
power steering pump, fuel pump, Alternator, water pump, Air condioning.
Also, I understand this engine to be a police issue.
The blocks #'s are

It is a 2 bolt main as I just had the oil pan off.

It's a tough item to pinpoint. Example: In 1971, GM changed the methods they used to measure and advertise horsepower for their various divisions. Going from "gross brake horsepower" to "SAE Net horsepower". GBHP was defined as the amount of HP at the flywheel, no accessories attached. SAE BNet is described as "at the tailshaft of the transmission, with accessories installed and operating". A 1970 Pontiac 400, GTO, was rated at 350 HP (GBHP) . The same engine in '71 was 265 Net HP. Compression was down, too, so it isn't a completely "straight across" comparison. In general, you lose about 20% through accessories and an automatic transmission. A manual might use a tad less.

I have no idea where it came from. This rebuild came to me as adjusting the ticking lifters. Found a bent push rod and when removed, the top of the lifter popped out of its shell so off the intake had to come.
The rest is history.
When I looked this engines #'s up it showed ( police ) . No HP rating and 2 or 4 bolt main, 2 or 4 barrel carb. Lotsa blanks across the page. Must not have wanted anyone to see what they had back when. It does reference a 1969 - 1974 for the block.
the kid I am being so nice doing this for is full of questions that I care less about but thought I would offer him some insight. Hence posting here.
I just wanted to tell him how many hp it took for each item as he is looking to gain HP by installing an electric fan. He has the fancy brushed aluminum fan with no clutch.

I doubt seriously, if it's an early 350 block and a 2-bolt, at that, it was a "police". Most cop cars in those days had big blocks, not small blocks. That term ("police") gets thrown around a lot, but doesn't really mean much.
HP loss from a fan? MAYBE 4 or 5.
