What to do?

I own a '95 grand prix se and I am wondering what I should do to my exhaust to get the best performance increase. My friends have taken off the resonators of their cars and got high flow mufflers. would that be a good idea? also, does anyone know where I could find cheap lowering springs and shocks that could fit my car? Thanks for the help
