'01 Highlander CEL P1130 now P1150

My '01 Highlander V6 has 110k. About a month ago I got P1130. I cleared it, wait to see if it comes back. 3-4 week later I'm getting P1150. Both have the same description on the OBD reader - manufacturer fuel/air control.
Not sure what parts to replace - I have seen conflicting information out there on the internet about which sensor in which bank these codes refer to. Anyone know for sure which sensor(s) to replace?
